Damages and Issues

We put in a lot of effort in making sure our product reaches you in the best condition without any flaws or defects. Your satisfaction is our top priority. 

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, but no more than 24 hours from the time of receiving your product.

In the unlikely event that the following issues have occurred, we will consider giving you a refund:

  • The glass is broken on arrival. Then, we require the photo immediately with the receipt or proof of purchase, original packaging and courier details intact within no more than twenty-four hours of receiving the package. The earlier you send the photo and reach out to us, the better we will be able to help you and take your situation into consideration. 
  • Any dents on the frame will require assessing and approval from our team to issue an exchange or refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as the ones on sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, an exchange will not be accepted if it has not been initiated within 24 hours of receiving your product. We require the photo of the package with the product, the receipt or proof of purchase, original packaging and courier details intact.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
